An insight in community living.

In the night of 17 to 18 May 1982, the squat of a former dairy factory in Breda took place. Thanks to the efforts of both current and former residents, this place, founded on ideals, 40 years later is still a home for almost 40 people in the ages 25-70.

No matter how nice and idyllic it may seem, a residential community also has its drawbacks. Sometimes cracks begin to appear. Especially with residents around the age of 30 I start to wonder, taking into account tight housing market, is it still a choice or has become a necessity to live this way?
